I saw this outfit and loved it. I despise garters, they look cute, but take forever to put on, so I love having sexy little outfits that don't have garters! I got it mostly because I'm going to Mexico and wanted something that wouldn't wrinkle, that packs small, easy to get on and off, and something that won't be too hot in the heat down there. This outfit is perfect! This outfit is sexy, easy, and pretty adjustable. I'll give you a few bits of info about each of the 3 pieces.
Halter: Sexy mesh with pretty sturdy ties at the back of the neck and back. Nice little silver button like accent along the bottom. Doesn't itch or scratch or anything. Very comfortable and easy to get on and off.
Underwear: Cheaper material underwear that ties at the sides. Material isn't very stretchy, but since they tie it doesn't really matter, it should fit just about everyone.
Skirt: The skirt is the only piece that may cause some sizing problems for people. It's the perfect size on me (I'm 5;9" 145 lbs, size 30 pant). The material isn't very stretchy though. Maybe a few inches either way. It's really cute though, it also has the silver embellishments along the top.
Overall, this is a really hot outfit and you can't beat the price. I would say that it would probably retail for $25-35 at retail stores. The material is kind of cheap, but it's not meant to be worn for long and it's mostly adjustable, so that's a bonus. Throw this outfit on with some sexy stilettos and you're in for a fun night!

I have to say that this is really not one-size-fits all. I am 5'9" and typically wear a size 2/3. Since the bra top and the g-string tie, that was no problem. However, the skirt is tiny and was tight even on me! I don't like that it says that it is leather when it is not; the "leather" parts are just shiny fabric. I think that the item should be portrayed more accurately than it is. It's cute, but not what was expected.

The skirt is small, but my girlfriend looked fantastic in the whole outfit and really appreciated me getting it for her. For reference she is 5'5" 34B 135 lbs.
